Product replacement

RIGHT TO REPLACEMENT

Eyebox allows product exchanges, but not refunds. Products can be exchanged for another product within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and packed in the original packaging.
  • The product must retain its original appearance.
  • The buyer may not state the reasons for the replacement.

In case of exchange for another product:

  • If the product for which a replacement is requested is in stock, the replacement will be made.
  • If the product is not available, another product can be selected with an appropriate surcharge or a refund of the price difference.

EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT TO REPLACEMENT
The buyer is not entitled to a replacement in the event of:

  • Products that are not suitable for exchange due to hygiene or health reasons (e.g. panties, socks, boxers, etc.).
  • Products damaged due to improper use.

DELIVERY COSTS

  • The cost of returning and sending a new product is 120 denars including VAT.
  • The exception is if the buyer receives a defective, incorrect, or damaged product – in which case all costs are covered by Eyebox.

    REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE

    • Contact us at eyeboxmk@gmail.com or on one of our social media channels with a clear announcement of your replacement request.
    • Send the product back in its original condition, packaging and with the factory tags.
    • Once the product arrives and is determined to be in proper condition, we will send you the replacement product.
