Delivery time
After confirmation, the order enters processing status. After the order is processed, you will be informed about the status of your order via email.

The order processing period is 1-2 business days. For all orders placed on Fridays and weekends, the seller will contact you at the beginning of the following week.

  • Delivery time for Macedonia: From the moment of processing, the delivery time is 1-3 business days.
  • Delivery time for Kosovo: From the moment of processing, the delivery time is 4-7 business days.

Receiving shipments
The courier service delivers the parcels to the delivery address from Monday to Saturday. The courier attempts to deliver each parcel twice. It is common practice that if the courier does not find you at the address, he will call you at the phone number you left when creating the order and to arrange a new delivery date. If you are still not found at the address, the shipment will be returned to us. Upon receipt of the shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for the non-delivery and to arrange for re-delivery.

DELIVERY PRICE

  • Delivery throughout Macedonia: Delivery of all orders throughout Macedonia is free and included in the price.
  • Delivery to Kosovo: The cost of delivery to Kosovo is 5 euros.

NOTE

All product prices on our website include the cost of delivery to Macedonia. The courier service may indicate a delivery cost on its documentation, but it is already included in the price of the product. You will not be charged anything extra for delivery.

Example:
If you order a product that costs 2000 MKD, this price already includes the cost of delivery to Macedonia. The documents from the courier service may state:

  • Product price: 1850 MKD
  • Delivery: 150 MKD

These values ​​are for internal records, but the total amount you will pay remains 2000 MKD, without any additional shipping costs.

For orders to Kosovo, a delivery fee of 5 euros will be added.
